The Ritz-Carlton was quite the experience.
Gelato in the lobby, special bourbon at dinner time, private beach,
marble bathrooms, huge closets, & drinks by the pool . . .
My dad had a business trip with the hospital he works at in Atlanta,
so the McLaughlin family ventured to Amelia Island in Florida to meet up with him.
He had meetings during the morning but the rest of the day was spent with us.
We mainly stayed on the resort. We ventured out one night to realize the food was better at the hotel.
Obviously not a shocker for a 5 star hotel.
My parents are the best. They really made our family vacation special and relaxing.
We even popped champagne when getting ready for dinner.
It was so good to see my parents and sister since we all live in different states.
