Caronah Cassell Johnson
presents a collection of elegant evening gowns. The color pallet contained pinks, blue, white, black and silver metallic. Each dress was romantic and conservative with an edge. Attention was brought to legs and back. These gowns would be perfect for any special event. My favorite piece was the aqua peplum, semi-backless dress.
Ask Fashion by Amanda Koker
utilized the combination of floral print pinup with a punk retro vibe. The juxtaposition of printed top and solid aline skirt of dresses effectively created an effective hourglass silhouette. These dresses are designed to accentuate the natural curves of a woman. My favorite piece was the white and black dress accented with different directional stripes.
Debrichhio by Antwan Byrd
creates clean, sleek and sophisticated looks that shook the runway. This collection contained mostly one piece fitted garments with exquisite cut-out details with white and pops of color. My favorite garment initiated the collection with a white spaghetti strap fitted peblum blouse and purple sheer pants. The semi-backless aspect makes the shirt appealing and playful. Another favorite look is the white plunging neckline dress with a cascading high-low hemline.

Bound by the Crown Couture by Chances R Design
once again amazes the crowd with knits, jewels and glam. Being a fan of embellishments I can appreciate the attention to sparkly details in this collection. From sequins to beads and studs to jewels the collection as a whole kept you wondering what piece would walk down the runway next. Although there was a variety of embellishment and age in models the collection as a whole was cohesive. Each piece helped tie into the next. The collection featured bathingsuits, two piece cutouts, unexpected panels. Some designs even came as "mommy-and-me" sets. My favorite look was the pink mermaid dress with floral trimming on the bottom.
NoMy Style by Naomi Sauro
considers many aspects of the apparel industry that other designers may not take a second look too. Finding the flattering piece for the clients figure within their budget and comfort level. Dresses are accented with tulle for a fun-feminine look. My favorite look is the strapless gray maxi. Naomi also does custom orders!
Julie Kontos
joined forced to create a fantastic runway show. Race & Grant creates edgy jewelry pieces and accessories that paired perfectly well with Julie's bold apparel collection. Chain-mail accessories worn as individual garments. Military colors and silhouettes, chains and red eyebrowns, made this colleciton memorable. My favorite look of the night was the grey cut out panted jumpsuit/romper with combat/doc martin boots. I even helped out in the backroom creating the tucked in peg leg look. A reoccuring trend in the collection was the upsidedown tulip skirt and pants. Both Julie and Race Grant showed together at last year’s Boston Fashion Week.
