Rubin Singer is an NYC based designer who is known for designing for Shakira, Alicia Keys, Heidi Klum and most notable the "Queen Bey" Beyoncé herself. Rubin Singers popularity skyrocketed when Beyoncé wore his costumes at the 2013 Super Bowl halftime show. Rubin now sells his designs at fashion retailers such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue.
