What I Use:
The coconut oil I use is the 100% virgin coconut oil, which is all natural. I get a peanut butter jar size from Trader Joe's or any local health foods store for about $5.
How to Apply:
Grab the correct amount and rub it with your fingers to heat and melt the coconut oil.
When using it on the face apply a pea size, when using it on larger areas like the legs use about a table spoon per large area (per leg). Also, amounts vary depending on preference. Some people have dryer skin than others and may want to apply thicker amounts while others may want to apply a thinner amount that want it to be absorbed quickly.

Coconut oil is much healthier than olive oil. It tastes great and puts a different flavor to your food. It is great with french toast! It is also good for your brain and other parts of your body. Definitely include this in your cooking recipes.
